Teb Marius
was employed in banking for over 25 years, specialising in corporate
restructuring and financial sector management and consulting. The areas
of expertise include strategic planning, organisation structure, loan
structuring and syndication, risk management, credit analysis &
monitoring, problem loan
handling and corporate restructuring. Also ample experience in product and business development and
other areas related to private sector development (micro-finance and SME).
During the last fifteen years, he was involved in Technical Assistance & Institutional
Building projects both as a senior consultant and a project leader,
relying on his professional
experience. In 2002 he retired from ABN AMRO Bank and continued to
work as an independent consultant for international organisations, such
as The Worldbank, ADB and EU entities, as well as for private
corporations. The tasks performed, required high level skills in
project management, capacity building, financial analysis and
cross-cultural communication (South East & Central Asia, China,
Russia, Northern Africa and Central & Eastern Europe). Teb Marius
also has ample experience in the evaluation and monitoring of
development programmes executed for the major donor institutions.
Education : Master's degree in Law, Public Notary Science and
Insolvency Practices.
