Teb Marius
was employed in banking for over 25 years, specialising in corporate
restructuring and financial sector management and consulting. The areas
of expertise include strategic planning, organisation structure, loan
structuring and syndication, (credit) risk management, problem loan
handling and corporate restructuring. Also ample experience in product and business development and
other areas related to private sector development (micro-finance and SME).
During the last
twelve years, I was involved in Technical
Assistance & Institutional Building projects both as a senior
consultant and a project leader, relying on my professional
experience. The tasks performed, required high level skills in
project management, capacity building, financial analysis and
cross-cultural communication (South East & Central Asia, China,
Russia, Northern Africa and Central & Eastern Europe).
Education : Master's degree in Law, Public Notary Science and
Insolvency Practices.
